Have the tilesets, voices, and graphics been lifted from Torchlight by iOS game Armed Heroes Online? Evidence suggests yes.
Forum posts on Torchlight's site have shown comparisons between the monsters and characters. In addition, the sound files included in the game are the same names, including the typos. In a quote attributed to Travis Baldree, the president of Runic Games, he said "All of the monster assets and every dungeon tileset, as well as voices, and most sound effects, are direct rips from Torchlight... I didn't see ANY monsters that weren't ours."
Runic Games is seeking to have the app removed from the Apple Store and distribution to the United States blocked.
