A Free Bloodborne Patch Will Introduce A New Hunter Clan

On November 24th Bloodborne will get it's first, and possibly only, expansion in the form of Bloodborne: The Old Hunters. With a wide range of new weapons we will get to explore three new areas, slay a sea of bloodthirsty monsters and hopefully run into the occasional hunter with an interesting story to tell.

This expansion will not be the only thing we can look forward to, as Sony this week announced a free patch which will be available to all players. This patch will offer exciting new features in the main game, including a brand new hunters clan called The League along with their very mysterious leader.

If you choose to join this clan, you will get access to a new weapon and you will be able to summon co-op NPCs within the game if you find yourself in a dangerous situation, perfect for tackling challenging areas and/or bosses. By helping other players through online co-op, you can also collect points and compete with other clan members on The League's online rankings leaderboard.

It is currently unknown when this patch will release, but it's likely to believe that it will arrive just before or as the same time as the launch of The Old Hunters.
