Warner Bros. Entertainment and DC Entertainment announced and released the "Season of Infamy: Most Wanted" expansion for Batman: Arkham Knight today.
This latest round of DLC is available now for all platforms the game has been sold on and includes some pretty amazing content.
"Play as Batman in the Season of Infamy: Most Wanted Expansion. Protecting Gotham City from an invasion of legendary Super-Villains. Fight back against The Dark Knight's biggest foes in four separate missions with all new story arcs featuring The Mad Hatter, Killer Crock, Ra's Al Ghul, and Mr. Freeze."
In Wonderland, players take on The Mad Hatter as he "takes things personal, luring Batman into a demented, hallucinatory battle of wits across Gotham City and within the pages of a twisted story book." In Beneath The Surface, "Batman and Nightwing venture out to investigate Iron Heights, the flying airship that housed Killer Croc, after it crashed in the waters surrounding Gotham City." Shadow War will see Batman's moral code pushed to its limits as he takes on Ra's Al Ghul and the League of Assassin's. In From The Cold will pit Batman against Mr. Freeze who "returns to Gotham City where he is immediately entrapped in Arkham Knight's Militia and Scarecrow's plan to destroy Batman. Arkham Knight's militia has kidnapped Nora and will return her to Mr. Freeze in exchange for Batman's capture."
Its great to see WB and Rocksteady still supporting this game after its console release and much mired PC release earlier this year. This isn't the end of content, either, as more DLC is planned for season pass holders, as well as content that can be purchased separately from the game. What do you think?
