Razer has long been known for their innovative and creative products. Ranging from gaming keyboards that define how others create their own models to headsets and more. Razer continued its gaming accessory innovation by showing off its latest product, the Turret at CES 2015.
With couch PC gaming becoming a larger trend thanks to smaller PC's and devices that run on Steam OS, Razer saw an opportunity to make a huge impact in this market for those wanting the classic mouse and keyboard experience on their couch without the hassle of traditional bulky components. Enter the Razer Turret, a small and collapsible gaming mouse and lapboard.
The keyboard was designed to be small yet sturdy enough to sit on your lap and includes a right handed “mouse pad” which provides ample room for gaming movement. The keyboard boasts full anti-ghosting while the mouse comes equipped with a 3500 DPI sensor. The mouse mat is magnetic and connects with the mouse so you never have to worry about the mouse slipping off of the pad during gaming sessions.
You can connect wirelessly via bluetooth or wireless USB dongle connected to your PC. Razer states that you can get up to 40 hours of use on a single charge with the mouse and keyboard. Pretty amazing for something so light and thin.
