The fan-made homage to City of Heroes, City of Titans, has hit its kickstarter goal. Now, the question remains if the fans are able to recreate the same levels of fun NcSoft's City of Heroes and Villains generated. As many Lagspike members used to play City of Heroes, we hope it succeeds.
