Bungie announced that end game raid introduced in its last expansion The Dark Below "Crota's End" will recieve a hard mode update in the next weekly patch. Players will be able to begin the hard mode raid January 21st at 10 AM PST. Bungie writes in it's update "Prepare to take better care of your teammates...The first fire team to beat the boss may even get swag from the Bungie Store".
In addition to the new hard mode raid, new guns, and new ships you can access Bungie also revealed that the level cap is being raised to 33. Hard Mode is the only way to attain some of the best gear in the game so Bungie advises you to lock and load and prepare to have fun.
