eSports Industry Awards 2016 | First Finalists Revealed

The first set of nominees for the eSports Industry Awards 2016 have been revealed.

This year’s eSports award ceremony will be taking place on Monday 21st November at The Brewery, London. In front of 600 leading industry figures, commentator and presenter Julia Hardy and Gadget Show’s Jason Bradbury will be presenting the awards during the evening and celebrating the winners’ achievements. The entire ceremony will be streamed live via Twitch TV.

The nominees for other categories will be announced within the coming months. Some of the either other categories include: eSports personality of the year, eSports team of the year, and UK eSports player of the year.

Before the awards ceremony takes place, a panel of industry experts will meet and discuss the winner of each category. Two individuals from the judge’s panel are very well known in the CS:GO and Dota 2 communities. Duncan “Thorin” Shields and Paul “ReDeYe” Chaloner will be making an appearance at the event.
