Rockstar Games took to its blog this morning to reveal some surprising news, both good and bad.
First, the long awaited Online Heists Mode has a release date! The mode will launch March 10th across all currently available platforms. For those unaware, the Heists Mode has been the most anticpiated part of the GTA Online gameplay since its original Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 launch. Heists give players "the change to team up and pull off a string of intense, multi-part raids and robberies across Los Santos and Blaine County." More information on the launch of heists is said to be given within the next couple weeks, so stay tuned to Senshudo TV for the latest Heists Online news!
Rockstar also revealed that the PC launch date for GTA V has been delayed yet again. GTA V for PC will now launch on April 14th worldwide and will be available as a digital download and physical release. "Our appologies to PC gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days until the launch of the game, but a bit more time is needed to ensure that the game is as polished as possible, and to make certain that both Heists and GTA Online are ready to roll out on day one for PC." Rockstar said. To thank those who pre-ordered the game and to apologize for the wait, Rockstar has given an additional $200,000 in game cash to be used in GTA Online on top of the original pre-order bonus.
