Injustice: Gods Among Us was one of the surprisingly good fighting titles to come out in the last few years. Just before we kick off E3 2016, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced Injustice 2.
"In Inustice 2, we are introducing new features that will change the way fans play fighting games...We're always interested in pushing the genre forward and allowing players to customize and level-up their favorite DC Super Heroes and Super Villians is a significant leap." Ed Boon, Creative Director said in a statement to press.
"Expanding the DC Universe in games continues to be one of our top priorities and Injustice 2 showcases amazing gameplay and an original story to bring the characters to life for the players."
The game will expand on the previous titles features and "larger than life" showdowns. Every battle will define your character in a game where players can personalize their own DC characters. Players will do this with "unique and powerful" gear earned throughout the game. Players can also take control of how their characters look, fight, and develop across a variety of game modes for the first time.
If you're a fan of Injustice and you have downloaded the mobile version, Warner Bros. Entertainment wants to reward you with Injustice 2 versions of Superman and Aquaman as a thank you. The mobile game was released way back in 2013 and is a Free-To-Play title on Android and iOS.

Injustice 2 will release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2017. We will bring you more on this stunning looking title as we get it.
