LEGO and Star Wars are at it again. Returning to their original hit LEGO series, LEGO and TT games have teamed up once again for LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Releasing in June, the announcement trailer was LEGO's play on one of the first teaser trailers we saw for The Force Awakens last year. It had everything you'd expect from a LEGO game trailer, and had us laughing and smiling the whole time. The new title promises to not only span the content of the Force Awakens film, but to bridge the gap between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens. They haven't stopped there, a new Multi-Build option and Blaster Battle game type will be added into the game and are exclusive to this title. Players will also be able to pilot the Millennium Falcon while playing as various characters from the new film.
TT Games also revealed that the game will have a season pass which will provide access to more content and features to encourage multiple playthroughs long after release.
LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens will release on June 28th, 2016 across all major platforms.
