Xbox chief Phil Spencer took to the stage at GDC today to announce some exciting new plans for Xbox and Windows 10 aimed at developers. Microsoft will be opening its Xbox SDK in the coming months allowing developers to build universal apps across Windows 10 universals app platform allowing developers to target PCs, Tablets, Phone and Xbox One. More details on this will be unveiled at Microsoft’s Build event in April.
Microsoft is also expanding its ID@Xbox program to allow indie developers to target both Xbox One, PC and even the new HoloLens.
