WHAT YEAR IS IT?! At New York Comic Con today, Bandai revealed a brand new Power Rangers game, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Mega Battle which will be released on Xbox One, PS4, and PC in 2017.
The new title is a 2D Side Scroller beat em up title and will let players select the Power Ranger of their choice to level up and augment throughout the course of the game, which looks a lot like musou games like Dynasty Warriors. Online and Local Co-Op modes will be available for up to four players which will allow players to "combine for special attacks and spectacular displays of martial arts power!"
Unlockable characters Tommy Oliver (as both the Green and White Ranger), Rocky, Aisha, Adam, and Kat will be available at launch though its not clear how they will be unlocked as of this writing.
Again, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Mega Battle will release in 2017 on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
