Devil May Cry developer, Ninja Theory announced a new IP during the Sony Press Conference today. Titled Hellblade, it will be released on the Playstation Store independently and will look and feel like a AAA title, while keeping the small indie developer charm. It will also be released for a lower price point than most games, according to the Ninja Theory Twitter feed.
Ninja Theory also revealed that while it continues to work on other IP's, they wanted to announce something new and fresh for Gamescom 2014. It was also revealed by Sony later that this would not be a PS4 exclusive, but it would come to the console first.
