After numerous media outlets reported last week that the left Joy-Con on the Nintendo Switch was having syncing issues with the console itself, it was suggested that the Day 1 patch for the console itself might clear up any issues. Well, launch day has come and gone and it appears the issue has affected a number of consumers across a wide range of regions.
Nintendo have released a troubleshooting guide for people experiencing problems with their Joy-Cons. The support page is aimed at owners of the Nintendo Switch whose Joy-Cons are "responding incorrectly" or just "not responding" all together.
The Nintendo Support page also offers an entry for people experiencing trouble with powering on or having blank screens.
It seems that while the Nintendo Switch has won over quite a few hearts, it has its quirks and issues here and there. We are hopeful that Nintendo can sort out the issues and have reached out for them for comment. If we hear anything back, we will update this article shortly after.
