Blizzard World, a Disney World inspired map for Overwatch finally has a release date.
Revealed during the Blizzcon 2017 opening ceremony, Blizzard World is set to launch on January 23rd.
The Blizzard Twitter account is distributing (fake) tickets you can download.
Its a silly, yet inventive way to get players hyped for the latest map to hit the Overwatch rotation since release almost two years ago. The map features a theme park style with attractions based on various Blizzard properties like Warcraft, Starcraft, and Diablo. While the map has been available on the PC PTR since last year, this addition to the full game will mark the first time Xbox One and Playstation 4 players will get their hands on the map.
In other Overwatch news; New maps, new characters, and new events are on the way to Overwatch in 2018, according to game director Jeff Kaplan. The next Overwatch event is likely to coincide with the Lunar New Year and is expected to launch around February 16th.
