Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon have now been officially announced during Nintendo's Pokémon Direct.
This is probably not the biggest shock, as the trademarks to these two games were leaked yesterday. The games are scheduled to release "Holiday 2016." Further details, like new legendary Pokémon or what region will play host to the new games, were not revealed.
It was also announced that once the new games are out, players will be able to transfer their Pokémon from the Red, Blue and Yellow Virtual Console editions into their copy of either Sun or Moon.
