Pokemon GO Plus Device Delayed

By AJ Hanson on 29/04/2024 21:52 UTC

The real-world Pokemon GO add-on that had Pokemon GO players shivering with anticipation has been delayed until September.

The device, which connects to a users smart phone, will allow players to perform tasks like catching Pokemon with just the press of a button. It will also notify players when Pokemon are nearby with a soft vibration. Originally scheduled for a launch in July alongside Pokemon GO, the device has been delayed until September with no other details concerning why. We here at Senshudo are blaming Team Rocket.

Not all is lost, however! Game developer Niantic made an apperance last week at San Diego Comic-Con and gave players some interesting information including the back story of each of the three team leaders in the game. Niantic were also there discussing the major features coming to Pokemon GO in the future.
