Silent Hills-inspired Visage Reached Funding Goal

Ever since Silent Hills from Kojima and Del Toro was cancelled by Konami, there have been many attempts by indie developers around the world to recreate the same feel of horror that gamers experienced in PT. One of these attempts is named Visage, and SadSquare Studio has used Kickstarter to ensure the funding for creating the game.

The Kickstarter campaign went live 12 days ago, and today the campaign has reached, and surpassed, it's funding goal of 35.000CAD (~25.000 USD). This means that the game is going to come to life and if certain stretch goals are met, the game will also be headed for consoles and virtual reality.

We still have a month to go in the Kickstarter, and we hope we can keep the support going. Every single dollar that comes in will go toward making Visage a bigger and better game.

Want to see Visage for PS4 and Xbox One? That's the first stretch goal. Want to play it on VR and never sleep again? The VR goal is in sight!

Want more antagonists, a bigger world, Visage in your language? It's completely up to you. Your support helps make Visage the horror game that you want to see."

Below you can see a 12 minute long trailer showing off some gameplay from the Alpha.
