Just days before the release of the PlayStation 4 in America Sony has updated its Terms Of Service for November. Disallowing the renting or reselling of PlayStation games. Initially Sony stood by this when Microsoft did not, however in the updated Terms Of Service this has now mad many gamers angry and wonder.

After reaching out to Sony, they have told us that while the Terms of Service does say you can't resell games its actually there as a reserved right on behalf of the company. So you can still resell, trade and play used games.
