Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare topped the charts once again according to NPD. It not only was the best selling game of the year, but soared past all other games across multiple platforms for the month of December. Overall video game sales rose significantly as well in 2014. Game sales topped out at $13.10 Billion VS 12.94 Billion in 2013.
The top 10 best selling games across all platforms of 2014 are listed below. NPD only tracks physical boxed copy sales, and doesn't account for digitally distributed titles however.
