Attention narrative lovers! Swedish developer Gaming Corp has finally launched their episodic adventure named The Descendant, with the first episode named Aftermath. The game is available on Steam now, with options to purchase Aftermath by itself or the entire series.
The premise: a force a billion times greater than El Niño caused a global eco-pocalypse and a few thousand people were chosen to wait out the catastrophe in underground bunkers known as Arks. All the Arks survived through the catastrophe and opened up, except for one.
This might be the perfect "vault game" for those out there tired of Preston Garvey alerting them to another settlement needing help.
