Square Enix has announced a brand new IP! During their E3 2018 press conference they revealed a new PS4 and PC title called The Quiet Man. The tagline for the title is "Silence Rings Loudest", and we presume that the title will involve silence in some manner.
A trailer was shown, which you can see below, but more details won't be available until August according to Square Enix. There is no word currently on an Xbox One or Nintendo Switch port at this time.
