Legendary adventure games funny man Tim Schafer has stated that more remakes of his classic LucasArts adventure titles could be on the cards if the re-mastered ‘Grim Fandango’ sells well. Speaking at a panel Q&A at PAX 2014, Schafer jokingly suggested that "if everyone buys 10 copies it will make it more likely that we'll make another." This bodes well for fans of the point-and-click genre who will be salivating at the thought of a HD remake of ‘Full Throttle’ or ‘Day of the Tentacle.’
As for work on the current re-vamp of Grim Fandango, the team has stated that they have already begun improving textures, cut-scenes and audio as well as programming in dual-shock controller support ahead of its PS4, Vita, PC, Mac and Linux release.
